How much does Fabis cost?

The Fabis application is provided in a SaaS (software as a service) pricing model. The price of the complete license depends on the selected price plan and the number of user "seats".

What is 1 seat?

1 seat = an employee/extern/partner who is assigned to any training event (course). Seats are not affixed to a specific person, i.e. if a user is terminated in the system, another user can take their place. Thus, employee turnover does not increase the overall price (as there is no need to increase the total number of seats).

Is it necessary to install Fabis on a device?

Not at all. Fabis is a web application that can be accessed from anywhere. All you need is a computer, smartphonephone or a tablet with an internet connection. The app is available through supported browsers at app.fabis.cz

Can I connect Fabis to other HR systems?

Time is money – and managing employee data in two locations is painful. Simply connect Fabis to any HR system and transfer your employee data straight into it. The data flows both ways. You can easily share information about training status etc. in the other direction as well.

Will our data be safe?

Safety is paramount. Your data is hosted in a European data centre. We back it up regularly, encrypt the connection with an SSL certificate – just like banks – and certify everything with a company certificate ČSN ISO/IEC 27001. Access to the application is possible via two-factor authentication, just like you might be used to from internet banking. All user activity is logged in the so-called security log. Access to the application can only be restricted to a specific IP or range of IP addresses. The operator of the application is registered with the OIA and has a designated person in charge (DPO). Penetration tests are also carried out regularly.

Can I run Fabis on my server?

Yes, the On-Premises software solution is readily available. Individual modifications or customization of the application according to the client's requirements are also possible.

How do I get Fabis?

The process is simple. On the registration page you will set up a trial. After registering your trial, your ELITE plan is activated for 30 days. You can then switch to any plan, including the free Start plan. You can also book an online demo of the app, after which you will get Fabis for 30 days for free.

Do I get a paper contract with my order?
